@pnbindia Very pathetic services at one of your branch, lack of knowledge or doing harassment of customers. Visited earlier obc branch hansi merged to pnb on 13th of September for kyc of current account and submitted documents as per officials but still kyc not done.

@ViCustomerCare This is the turning thing. Whenever I try to pay my pending bill, it does not accept. This number I am using has been converted to prepaid and your customer care closed at 18.55 p.m. in the centre of capital of country. That's really concerning.

@ViCustomerCare I was to pay my pending bill of my number 9896180608. But the VI store which is near rajeev chowk metro gate no 3 in the Connaught place of new delhi, is already closed at 18.55 p.m. saying we can not entertain you and behaving very rudely.
