@kiwicom247 Hi Angel, I am discussing via the contact page aswell but as yet have not been offered a valid refund or alternative flight that won’t end up costing me a lot more. As Iberia policy is for a full refund surely that is what should be offered to me?
@kiwicom247 just had a flight booked through your site cancelled with Iberia airlines. Their cancellation policy says full refund, but when I request it through your account page you are only offering 34% of the price I paid. How does that work?
