@manishasinghal I guess it's unfair to crucify a brand as a whole just based on one incident.I'm sure this is an isolated incident, probably due to some sort of miscommunication with the originally booked hotel or over booking of some sort etc. Normal to happen say 1 in 1,00,000 bookings, right?

@Kenu73 I recently came back from UAE. While I was there, I tried a lot to get my Jio sim working without any IR plan, based on your previous post. But unfortunately, it didn't work for me. The network icon just had an 'X' on top of it, no reception at all. Jio App wasn't working there.
