Responsibility Christianity is making up your mind to protect your mind and your body. Everything that will leave you healthy is your assignment and business including your diet, exercise, and avoiding information that pollutes your mind.

You have a responsibility component towards your longevity. Do not risk your health for a misguided sense of spirituality. If unwell, seek medical attention without shame. Take responsibility, and visit the hospital for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Use this break to go have a comprehensive medical checkup.
