@AmericanAir It is deteriorating & creates passenger anxiety. From your reply, I assume that is not a priority! Deteriorating maintenance is a much higher priority 4 passengers than tea & coffee & in flight WIFI! Know your customers! I will be eliminating @AmericanAir based on your response!
