We just got accepted into Delta Chapter II 🎉
It’s a 3-week sprint for builders chasing the ideas that keep them up at night. Excited to keep shaping Atlasium into something meaningful.
Let’s build. 🚀
@enkambale@kiraguxx
@enter_delta has been intense ngl, but it’s pushed @kiraguxx and me to lock in harder on @AtlasiumHQ and pull off things we didn’t think were possible within insane timelines.
It’s also been an incredible way to meet brilliant people from around the world building equally crazy stuff.
The goal now is to keep up the same pace and momentum beyond Delta. Our next 21 days start tomorrow, and so should yours.
Your senior engineer quit. 3 years of knowledge - gone.
@atlasiumhq fixes this.
AI walkthroughs pulling from code, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and more. Updates automatically when code changes.
Onboarding: 6 months → 2 weeks.
@kiraguxx and I have been building most of this during our 21 days at @enter_delta, with today being the final day.

This week almost broke me.
I spent days fighting systems that refused to connect. The graph wouldn’t talk to the retrieval engine. The models kept stalling halfway through. Every time I fixed something, another layer collapsed. There were nights when I stared at logs for hours and still couldn’t make sense of what was wrong.
Then, finally, it worked. The ingestion, the graph, the generation, and the voice all came alive together for the first time.
Hearing that first walkthrough was surreal. It wasn’t perfect, but it was real, and that made it worth every failure before it.
Building @atlasiumhq with @kiraguxx has reminded me that progress rarely looks clean. It’s frustration, exhaustion, and the quiet satisfaction of making something come alive after it refused to.
Week 2 at @enter_delta. Progress earned.
This week at @enter_delta we brought the system to life.
Ingestion, graph, generation, and voice are now connected into a single flow. The first walkthroughs are live, transforming real code and documentation into evolving context you can listen to and learn from.
It’s still early, but the foundation for living, intelligent onboarding is finally here.
week 2 @enter_delta@theresidency
we’ve been grinding nonstop @AtlasiumHQ
ingestion engine is up, the knowledge graph is alive, & this week we finally connected everything end to end, from data to generation to voice
the first walkthroughs are starting to take shape...
Our ingestion engine is now complete.
We can now pull and structure data from codebases, documentation, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack, automatically building a unified knowledge graph of how a company actually works.
This is the backbone of what comes next: the walkthrough engine, where Atlasium turns that knowledge into guided, evolving walkthroughs that help every new engineer ramp faster and keep context alive as teams grow.
We had a packed week at @enter_delta pushing Atlasium forward on both story and product.
We dug deep into the onboarding and knowledge drain crisis across engineering teams, and the numbers are staggering. Hundreds of thousands lost in productivity every time context walks out the door. That research helped us sharpen Atlasium’s positioning around AI-native onboarding and identify a massive opportunity across devtools, knowledge management, and retention software.
From that work came our first investor deck, a focused list of aligned funds, and a compact intro deck for warm conversations. We also refreshed our website and messaging to better tell the story of what Atlasium is solving and why it matters right now.
On the product side, we strengthened our knowledge graph, expanded integrations with key engineering tools, and deployed our backend to support scale and reliability as we move toward production.
We wrapped the week by starting outreach to engineering leaders for our Founding 50 pilot, and early interest has already started rolling in.
Steady progress. Sharper story. Clearer path ahead.
We’re just getting started.

🎙️ Delta Jam by @AtlasiumHQ
Loved being part of this space — listening, learning, and exchanging ideas with such creative and sharp minds.
Shoutout to my all my delta buddies @enkambale@raviraj_builds@EarlDennisonTan@DanielKai5 @kushagrajunior Wendy, Ragzy and Maya ✨
Even in a small, focused session, the amount of clarity and feedback shared was huge.
We’re constantly challenged by smarter builders — and that’s exactly what helps us build better, faster, and sharper. ⚡️
This is what I love about the @enterdelta and @theresidency community — every conversation pushes momentum forward. 🚀
#DeltaResidency #BuildInPublic #Momentum
We were way off with our one-liner at first 😅
But thanks to the incredible builders at @enter_delta who gave thoughtful feedback, we finally found the words that fit.
Living memory for your code, infra, and workflows.
The community here is unreal. Everyone’s building, sharing, and pushing each other forward. ⚡️
Here’s the recording in case you missed it and want to hear what other builders at @enter_delta are working on!
Shout-out to everyone who joined.
We’ll be back on Monday at 9 AM PST / 7 PM EAT. ⚡️
