@bookingcom Recently booked a hotel in Nevada, the hotel was completely uninhabitable, filthy and disgusting we had to book elsewhere. There was no compensation given with no explanation as to why - @hotelsdotcomuk provided comp for our colleagues - I know who I will use now

@bookingcom After leaving a hotel in New Mexico without staying because it was uninhabitable. No compensation awarded with no explanation. Shame @hotelsdotcomuk were clearly better as compensated my colleagues. Guess I know where I shall be booking from now on #disgusted
