Culture matters a ton.

Unfortunately, I think those here in the States don't appreciate the reason we don't have the "right culture" is because those who do have it (the majority) are not allowed the opportunity to rise.

The market is closed.

Instead, those who have the "wrong culture" (the minority) have monopolized and closed the ecosystem exclusively for their benefit at the expense of all others.

Them gatekeeping and selecting a token employee once in a while here or there with the right culture (a player, a coach, an executive, etc) is not a pathway.

Only an open ecosystem allows the "right cultures" to rise and flourish at scale.

Again, this is a fight far greater than kicking a ball on a patch of grass.

This is a struggle for equal opportunity, freedom, and merit.

A moral imperative.
