@XinLiu2 @DavidWi86065318 @ZacksJerryRig Where I live in Texas we do have a cap but only on a percentage of the value of the house, BUT every year your property taxes still go by because they go by the current value of your house at market price, not for what you bought it. So every year you end up paying more
