Travelling with my Mum in a Wheel Chair to Sydney VA 893 - My wife is travelling with me as well and we a Platinum Tier and Gold members for last 5 years……#virgin .
The team Memeber with a name Varshana humiliated us and my mum in the wheel chair and was rude #Virgin

My wife and my minor child flying AirIndia to Dubai . Just had a HORRIBLE experience at Kolkata Airport.
A guy call NILOY was RUDE and unprofessional . was travelling on Australian Passport and were harassed by NILOY - they are flying AI 768 to DEL and then to Dubai @airindia
@airindia May I please request the authorities to put them ( my daughter and Dins ) when they are travelling from DEL - DBX / an earnest request from a dad !

Was treated like a shuttle for the whole day. I can give all the names and how they dealt. Being a loyal client for 14 years….and spent 5 hours seeking help to rectify the plan ……which was a sales for the store and never met my needs.
