A Letter to the @Hedera Community

If you've been around the $HBAR ecosystem long enough, you've seen the same story too many times:

Projects launch with big promises, raise capital, build hype... and disappear.

Too often, fundraising came before execution.

I've been building on this ecosystem for over six years, and that's exactly what we wanted to avoid at @HBankCash

Before asking the community for anything, we wanted to prove we could ship.

Over the past few months, we've launched 5 products to mainnet, participated in multiple hackathons, and joined the first official Hedera Incubator.

Today, we're taking the next step.

Not by launching "just another NFT collection," but by bringing together the people who believe in what we're building.

HashKeys PFP is our founding community.

Our vision is simple:

Bring thousands of new users to earn yield on Hedera without them ever realizing they're using blockchain.

The mint helps us get there faster.

But our roadmap doesn't depend on it.

We've been building before today, and we'll keep building regardless of the outcome.

That's why the mint will only be open for two hours.

We're not interested in leaving a collection open indefinitely to maximize revenue. We'd rather build with a smaller group of aligned supporters than optimize for the biggest raise.

If it sells out, we'll accelerate the roadmap.

If it doesn't, we'll close the mint, continue shipping, and there won't be another mint until our 2026 roadmap is complete.

Trust is earned through execution, not promises.

Everything we've shipped so far is just the beginning.

The second half of this year is about scaling our products, bringing users from outside the Hedera ecosystem, and proving that DeFi can feel as seamless as any modern fintech app.

If you believe in that vision, we'd love to have you build it with us.
