A sad last day for me at the University residential yesterday, as I said goodbye to my PE Sept starters. What a great group of trainees. They have shown resilience, adaptability and maintained a passion to teach.

@BIUK I have always considered myself British, and really hope that will remain the picture going forward. However, independence means just that, no handouts or bailouts and potential border tariffs, in the unlikely position of the Scots joining the EU with its main market.

@awhitehousePE @VicksRandall82 The key challenge Physical Education faces is how it is valued by Gov and SLT. All other subjects have various benchmark's of expectation for progress related to age and stage. However, for Physical Education we need to think differently and focus on health & well-being.
