With so many people here interested in sake, I’m starting to think seriously: maybe I should come to America.
I could do sake tastings, talks, and workshops on Japanese fermentation culture, tradition, history, warm sake, food pairing, and traditional wooden tubs etc.
To my Japanese friends, I want you to know that many US children growing up in the early 2000's have vety fond memories of staying up very late to watch anime like BLEACH, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Inuyasha, and so many other amazing works of art. We have always loved Japan!
Re: cost of meat in Japan. I have an idea. Japan has tons of airsoft players, and airsoft teaches you many of the fundamentals of marksmanship (it's like dry-fire but with feedback.) So many Japanese people are already good shots, they just need a little range time till they get used to recoil.
The American south is over-run with wild hogs; so many that a good marksman can easily rack up several pigs, or a dozen or more if they're giving chase in a vehicle.
All we need do is organize an efficient service for shipping the meat home, and issuing a special visa for Japanese hunters. The Japanese get to shoot guns and bring home cheap meat, and the US gets aid in fighting the porcine menace.
Japan! Send us your finest samurai!
@autismchud@0xCAFEBEEF Digi? Fucking hate what he turned into. He's got sexual predator energy. Which sucks bc he used to make top tier yapping discussion vids.
