Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble. #goodtrouble
If I could embrace each of you who are facing being more vulnerable with less rights, I would.
These words from my father encourage me to look up and to keep fighting for freedom, democracy, and a world where injustice ceases and love prevails.
Maybe you’ll find them helpful and a source of hope.

As a result of these days and this week, we have strengthened our positions in the Kharkiv region. I thank the warriors of the 57th Motorized and the 82nd Air Assault Brigades.
Our forces are also effectively destroying the occupiers in the Donetsk direction, particularly near Chasiv Yar and other locations.
In fact, the occupiers fail to achieve their goal of stretching our forces thin and weakening Ukraine across a wide front from the Kharkiv to the Donetsk regions.
I am grateful to every soldier, sergeant, and officer who complete combat missions and hold positions with sufficient bravery and resilience.
These days, my special thanks go to the 41st Mechanized Brigade, DIU’s special forces units "Kraken" and "Artan,” as well as the National Guard units. I thank our warriors in particular for Chasiv Yar operations, as well as destroying Russian equipment and repelling Russian assaults.
I would also like to specifically thank the 225th Assault Battalion. Well done, warriors!

I thank each and every warrior who has demonstrated sufficient resilience and contributed to increased confidence, particularly in the Kharkiv direction, over the course of this week.
The occupiers lose tangible manpower and equipment, despite the fact that, as in 2022, they expected an easy ride.
We also don’t forget about other directions—Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, and Kurakhove. Our forces respond effectively in every difficult direction. I am particularly grateful to our warriors for repelling the Russian assault on Chasiv Yar and destroying over 20 Russian armored vehicles. Well done!
Step by step, we are also making steady progress toward the first Global Peace Summit in Switzerland. We are working with partners to build an international platform that can truly force Russia to make peace and that Russia will be unable to deceive.
This week saw the addition of new participants. Only at the heads of state and government level did I speak with Canada, France, Georgia, the Republic of Korea, Liberia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malawi, Portugal, Slovenia, and Sweden. I also had a meeting with the US Secretary of State.
Next week will be no less diplomatically active. Ukrainian diplomacy works alongside Ukrainian weapons to ensure a just peace for our country and hold Russia accountable for this war. We will undoubtedly achieve our Ukrainian goals.
Billionaire CEOs didn't just reach Mayor Adams in a private chat urging him to arrest pro-Palestine Columbia students, they also offered PRIVATE staff to help NYPD. The Mayor accepted.
Members of the group also coordinated with Israel's war cabinet, UN ambassador and former PM.
Russia’s entire Kharkiv operation boils down to its attempt to weaken our forces along the frontlines while trying to strengthen propaganda, which is also aimed at world leaders. Russia tries to show that it has the ability to shape the course of the war.
Our goal is to thwart Russia’s attempt to expand the war, as well as to prevent the occupiers from breaking the frontline or undermining our diplomacy and efforts to bring a just peace closer.
I held a long meeting today to discuss our preparations for the first Peace Summit in Switzerland in June, which will be the first real opportunity to bring a fair end to this war sooner.
We are one month away from the summit. Our work continues. We have already received confirmations of attendance from countries on every continent. And we will certainly continue to work at all levels to ensure that the summit is fruitful.
Ukraine and many other countries have seen so much Russian meanness and deception, as well as Russia's repeated violations of agreements and pledges, that only the global majority is capable of forcing Russia to respect the UN Charter, international law, and genuine peace.
Buthidaung is burning. Satellite detected fire hotspots show essentially the entire city is being burnt overnight. Critical this crime against humanity (and a predominantly Rohingya city) is held accountable, whether it is the junta destroying a town before they lose it, or retaliation destruction from the Arakan Army.

Over the course of the day, all of Ukraine's Defense Forces units managed to partially stabilize the situation in the Kharkiv region, where our defense operations continue in the border areas and near Vovchansk.
The occupiers who have entered the Kharkiv region are being destroyed with all means. Our artillery, drones, and infantry are all operating with accuracy. And I want to thank everyone who is in positions right now.
We also focus on other directions in the Donetsk region, as well as Pokrovsk and Kupyansk directions in the Kharkiv region. We can clearly see how the occupiers are attempting to stretch our forces thin and make our combat work less concentrated. We react appropriately: in every direction, we must have the means to respond to the enemy.
I also want to thank every state that consistently and timely supports our country and people. The world possesses the strength, weapons, and capability to force Russia into peace, a just peace. To accomplish this, we must all make every effort now to ensure that Russia's offensive actions and attempt to expand the war fail.
NC Republicans are forcing taxpayers to fund bigoted private schools that discriminate against children.

Every day, Russian terrorists use missiles and guided aerial bombs to strike Kharkiv and other cities and communities in the border and frontline areas.
To increase protection against Russian terror, our air defense must be strengthened, including by expanding the fighter jet coalition and expediting training and delivery.
We know what capabilities our partners have. Clear political decisions are needed.
We can also see which bets Putin makes. He wants to fully adapt Russia to war and expand it, increasing the pressure. Instead, our pressure on the aggressor—the combined pressure of everyone in the world opposed to war—must work out and thwart Russia's offensive plans on the battlefield and in diplomacy.
In the first few weeks of our preparation marathon for the Peace Summit, I personally invited nearly thirty leaders from various regions and parts of the world. We already have many confirmations.
It is critical to maintain global unity behind a just peace. Once it works for Ukraine, it will work for any country under attack.
