@thancockMD Mine too! It’s human nature to feel we can evaluate an issue from a summary & form an opinion. Nonetheless, in fields like law or medicine, it takes *years* of education & practice to get to the point where you understand an issue enough to even begin *research* for an opinion.

@thancockMD The opinions in the fact sheet are, IMO, wrong. Most of the facts are irrelevant to constitutionality.

I’d encourage you to read the bill. That said, you’re no more qualified to evaluate constitutionality than I am an anesthesiology report. The law has to be read in context.

@thancockMD This isn’t the bill, this is a fact sheet. The language of the bill is unconstitutional because it infringes on fundamental rights, is not narrowly tailored to meet a compelling state interest. (I.e. doesn’t meet the long established standard for regulation of fundmtl rights.)
