WATCH: Igara East MP Michael Mawanda has been nominated to contest for as National Vice Chairperson Western region in the NRM Central Executive Committee (CEC), a position currently held by the Minister of ICT and National Guidance Chris Baryomunsi. Mawanda says he wants to go to CEC to discuss a peaceful and orderly transition since he is a member of Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU). He also says he wants to bring "new blood" in CEC. #MonitorUpdates
