I used the yearly review worksheet by @anthilemoon & @SparksRemarks as the base to get started.

@daretorant When people (including me) say that they don't understand how twitter works or how to use it, this is what they are referring to. This is the missing part.

@Nicolascole77 I think the main reason freelancers opt for hourly pricing is because they don't understand the value they bring to the client.

They're experts in their skills, so they can easily give an estimate w/confidence, but can't do the same when asked about the ROI.
