डोंबिवलीमध्ये नगरसेवक रमेश म्हात्रे याने गुंडांसह येऊन मारहाण केलेल्या डॉक्टरपैकी एकाने थेट नोकरीचा राजीनामा देऊन शहरही सोडल्याची माहिती मिळत असून ही गोष्ट सरकारला शरमेने मान खाली घालायला लावणारी आहे. रुग्णसेवा देणाऱ्या डॉक्टरांवर गुंड असे हल्ले करत असतील आणि त्यांच्या भितीपोटी डॉक्टर राजीनामा देऊन शहरच सोडत असतील तर आरोग्य सेवा देण्यासाठी सरकार या गुंडांना बसवणार आहे का?

राजीनामा दिलेल्या डॉक्टरांच्या सुरक्षेची संपूर्ण जबाबदारी सरकारने घ्यावी आणि यापुढं कुठल्याही डॉक्टरांच्या केसालाही धक्का लावण्याची हिंमत कुणी करणार नाही, असा विश्वास या मंडळींना दिला पाहिजे तरच राज्याची आरोग्य व्यवस्था सुरळीत राहील.
