@Surface_UK So my Microsoft Duo screen has a fault. You confirm it's under warranty (>24 months) and arranged for it to be collected twice. Now you say you won't touch it as I don't have proof of purchase. Way to give confidence to future customers.

@WyzeCam Hi. Please could you fix the password issue. Basically it tells you the password is incorrect if you switch platforms. So if on iOS and then try android or windows it tells you the password is incorrect.
