had fun with tokon. game is definitely weird feeling
feels like even jab has oodles of recovery and the input reader feels kinda off. maybe it's just PC though, but there are also some ??? choices
like j1/3 will give you j2h, but j9h doesn't give you j6h
Genuinely think that MvC existing is why this game was ever considered for being a tag game because fed levels of crossup protection, slow overheads, and mid https://t.co/92s5FrICSX beg the question on why this game wasn't 1v1 and not a 4v4 tag if they're this afraid of fuzzies
@Jay46870783@Kiske632146H This is what the matchmaking is for, to pit new players against other new players. The game not having IAD mixes isn't going to influence a newcomer's purchase of the game, they're going to buy it if it looks cool enough.
@SamsonFGC Literally, when this game feels good it feels GOOD. The art, character kits, music, all of it is amazing but there's so many small little things that just feel so unintuitive when it comes to the gameplay
I'd much rather gatlings do less damage or something than only be able to do 4 normals in a chain before the game cuts you off for no reason. It feels like dog ass to not be able to do cancels you know are in the game.
@Kiske632146H I know why they made these decisions, because they don't want the game to be scary to new players, but I don't think new players care about any of these things, having all these restrictions just makes some aspects of the game a little boring imo, still love this game tho
@Kiske632146H It's really weird, you can't do normals during airdashes, jump lights always hitting mid, you can't call assists while doing normals at the same time, the 4 hit combo limit. I don't get why the game has all these restrictions
