There are two things you should do:

Your media kit should paint the general picture of who your audience is.
In B2B, that's usually job function, seniority, industry, company size, and location.
In addition, when talking to advertisers, understand their ICP. Then analyze your subscriber data. Tell them how many of these ideal customers you have in your audience.
This builds confidence. It closes deals.
