Boredom is an important skill the needsto be practiced. When I was a kid I hated being bored, but my mind would create scenarios and imagine entire worlds all the time. Now I'm bored less often and my mind just attacks me. Just like any other skill you have to work at it.

It's important to always ask why, in any situation. why is this person giving me this information? Does it serve them and does their goals in line with mine? Why is this person always yelling? Understanding where they're coming from can help you deal with that person.
