@eu_bike When you use a separated speaker for each instrument you have a really live event,like unplugged execution, the sound gain greater depth and realism.
Each musical instrument has a dedicated speaker.
Your favorite band sounds like a live event or studio quality recording in your house.
Listen the differences, imagine the possibilities for control and quality.
@Cd767_ Hi.
I prefer not to provide public information on this part, it is the heart of the system/project.... In any case, on my website "https://t.co/HNrd0z58jl" you can find information on this matter. Thank you very much for your interest.
My project is based on a new aesthetic, different from the past, which uses levers. I don't want to replace existing mixers; they work very well but aren't attractive to look at in an apartment; they don't have an aesthetic purpose, but purely functional. My object is intended as a hi-fi audio amplifier with 7 mono channels; no stereo effects are used. With current hi-fi systems, you can't recreate live "unplugged" events; the instruments are mixed and then amplified, which creates a different sound than the original, of lower quality and more difficult for the amplifier and speakers to handle. You can clearly see this by inserting a spectrum analyzer. This amplifier demixes the audio track, separating the instruments, with your favorite songs, those of your favorite bands; in this example, a Sting song; try to think of the same for all musical groups. It's a different way of listening to music that, for me, offers advantages: musical, electronic, and entertaining. I hope I explained myself clearly.
Kindly.
Hi.
The preamp and amplification circuits are the same in this model, only the vocal and subwoofer channels are different. However, this isn't that important because you can always swap the speakers and position the instrument(s) in the best position in the room. For order and cleanliness it would be better to always dedicate the same channels to the same instruments and therefore define a standard through dedicated files; these are, however, unimportant details; what makes the difference is the sound quality.
For me, it's better than the current stereo, surround, and similar configurations, or at least it's an additional option that, in my opinion, offers undeniable advantages and possibilities.
Thank you.
Hi.
Many thanks for your technical input! The amplifier has a preamp where you can adjust the bass, midrange, and treble for each channel, and a cut for the subwoofer, I also used a simply iphone microphone. Probably i paid too little attention to the frequency crossover, I didn't use any spectral analysis tools. I'd just like to promote an alternative listening experience with new design; I think using different components would yield even better results. The one in the video is a cheaply built prototype, and even the shapes are basic. I have much more attractive designs in mind but they would be too time-consuming to produce on a handcrafted level.
Many people like vintage design, so in any case may be changed, it’s a prototype, thr levers may be so different, in form and material, important it’s also the possibility to have the control of every instrument in separate mode, the sound it’s more better, like live event, it’ s a possibility rispect the past. Kindly.
No no, it’s easy, for me it’s just another mode for lissen music, it’s important that anyone have the possibility to control music, now you can only lissen the music in standard stereo mode but is so good lissen every musical instrument in dedicated speakers, all, together, like live event.
