My wife felt so unsafe dat today she chose a bus instead of buking a cab. Pls confrm if he is suspended and share the investigation outcome.

Extremely horrific experience on @rapidoapp_ today. A car driver severely verbally abused and harassed my wife during her ride. This is a massive safety breach. Demand immediate legal action and a permanent ban on this driver.
