It's comprised of an STM32 board with a 3-axis accelerometer, a 32-bit ADC, three Geophone inputs, a GPS antenna input (for time data), RS232/RS485 ports for data communication to the host, and an OLED information display.

The open-source, cross-platform AnyShake Observer allows users to monitor and export the data from the Explorer board and receive earthquake alerts via MQTT.

It's advertised as a cheaper alternative to the Raspberry Shake kits, especially the RS3D model.
