NUG Foreign Minister and Dy. Foreign Minister had a very good meeting w Rob Berschinski, the Special Assistant to the President and National Security Council Senior Director. Rob affairmed President Biden and US robust support for Myamar people struggle for democracy and freedom.
@USAsiaPacific@USEmbassyBurma US has been calling that for many times but junta won't care. Pls activate stronger sanction. Pls make sure that those ppl sanctioned by US, UK, Canada can't even travel to any of country. It doesn't make sense that Than Hlaing attended INTERPOL meeting despite being sanction.
@USAsiaPacific@USEmbassyBurma First gutsy thing I heard you say since Feb. 1, Ted. Tell @SecBlinken and @JoeBiden that Myanmar people need the US with our history there: we stood against tyranny in WW2 & the majority of the population, especially the Chin, Karen, Shan ethnic groups desire our help & support.
"It is time for all UN member states to effectively assist the people of Myanmar in their tireless efforts in dictatorship elimination with more practical approaches..."

Thanks for all your relentless efforts for Myanmar people.
Indeed all possible meaningful ways for peaceful resolution were denied by the military.
People have no choice but are now in the people’s defensive revolution.
Together and with people’s power we will win the fight.
More than 400,000 Myanmar civil servants haven't given up on democracy for their country. They are still on strike, some seven months since the military's Feb. 1 coup. https://t.co/JZkwfwb1xT
The federal government has activated the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF). Airlines, including United, will operate flights to bring our troops, American civilians and Afghan citizens who have risked their lives to help keep them safe, to the U.S. https://t.co/s4dlULlelO
Thank you dear Mona and your team for the continued support. I wish to express our deep appreciations to the government and people of Norway for the continued support towards the people of Myanmar.
Democracy must prevail in Myannar.
This blatant regime propaganda serves no purpose but carrying MAH's water. Not sure why @Diplomat_APAC ran it: "In my recent dialogue with [Sr. Gen] Min Aung Hlaing, he personally reaffirmed his commitment to restoring a civilian government in the future." https://t.co/eEtboJ10mv
The military coup must fail.
Democracy must prevail in Myanmar. Decisive and timely action from the international community is needed.
Together, our fight will win.
