@easyJet hi my flight got cancelled on a very short notice. Error when trying to change with another EJ flight so EJ agent said to buy with another company and ask for a refund, which got rejected although EJ client services asked me for my bank details account !

@easyJet Hi, on 21/08 my flight from Paris to Nice has been cancelled - EasyJet airport crew didn’t manage to put me on another flight so they told me to fly with another company. I have trouble to get the AF flight reimbursed even after client services asked for my bank details!
