Michael Jackson is now the #1 artist in the world across all music platforms, and remains the most searched person in the world dead or alive since the release of his biopic.
“Michael” is now out and words can’t express how proud I am. I am very thankful to @gkfilms and the entire production team for capturing the essence of my uncle, Michael Jackson… I’ve made it no secret how important he was in my life and I am thankful for this film so that people around the world can learn what made him who he was. The writing is superb. All the acting is fantastic. And the directing and cinematography is top notch.
With all of that said I have to show special love to my cousin @jaafarjackson. No one could have done the job you did. No one. I really thought it was “mission impossible” to find someone to pull off playing Michael Jackson in a movie but you did it. And you did it unbelievably well. The crazy thing is… you made it look easy. Wow. I am so thankful for you Jaafar as you so accurately showed the world the heart and soul of Uncle Michael which to me is what made him so special. The world is yours and I can’t wait to see what’s next for you. 💫
For those reading this, if you haven’t done so already go see “Michael”. It truly is a special experience in the theaters and one you won’t regret.
