Me: “Hi, I need an appointment with Dr. X.”
Them: “Absolutely, we’ll get that set up.”
Confirmation text: “You’re seeing Dr. Y.”
Healthcare admin is just Mad Libs with consequences.
Good Evening @Google
Please explain with so many tech workers in America laid off recently, why you need foreign tech workers?
There are plenty of Americans to choose from in Madison, WI!
@Westpac As the ID secure staff member could not speak clearly enough for me to understand them and they didn't like me being annoyed with the process and their inability to understand me they hung up mid call. I guess it's time for a AFCA complaint.
@Westpac fix your system. [email protected] keeps emailing saying I need to call but won't say why - the line is quiet after picking right menu option. No indication if I'm in a queue or not. Super fun when I'm the one paying for the international call.
@Westpac I used the chat and filed a complaint as this is ridiculous. Hire development teams that understand Australia and name changes and Australians living overseas. The entire ID Secure system is a hot mess. Either I finished the process in 2025 when they called me or I didn't.
@TL4Liberty@H1BExpose@SecRubio@SecMullinDHS@Sonderling47@chiproytx I don't understand why H1-B seems to be perpetually renewed in addition to new H1-Bs being issued every year. Most of these staff I interact with require us to spoon feed them the work. It's way more work to explain basic business process to them than to do the work yourself.
The 30 biggest H-1B employers hired 34,000-plus new visa workers in 2022 while laying off 85,000 people.
That’s not 30 companies solving a talent shortage.
That’s 30 companies running the same play.

Tens of thousands of American jobs gone each year.
@zmanscm@DailyLoud Last week he gave someone only 3 years 4 months for killing 2 people whilst driving over 100 mph. DA wanted another 2 years. I wasn't surprised when he was behind this decision as well.
DISGUSTING: A California judge sentences a father to just one year in jail after he admitted to committing incest with his daughter, who then took her own life.
@Flyers391@H1BExpose At a US based company, a leader on a H‑1B only wanted to hire other H‑1Bs. Rejected US candidates for “high salary expectations,” yet was willing to approve $10k visa fees that equaled the same cost. 🤷♀️
Tata is the third-largest H-1B user in America, pulling nearly 3,000 new visa workers in a single year.
Now the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is investigating dozens of American workers who say Tata Consulting Services laid them off, mostly people over 40 and not Indian, while sparing the H-1B holders beside them.
That’s not a talent shortage.
That’s a sorting system.
Doctor’s office: “Don’t forget your co‑pay!”
Also doctor’s office: “We don’t have your co‑pay estimate yet.”
I guess I’ll just bring a mystery amount to my appointment and hope for the best. 🤣
@Fidelity it's been 3 years now and the Fidelity Health app still won't allow me to upload documents for claims when asked for more details. Website works on desktop. Please fix the app.
Spencer Pratt’s campaign team deserves a raise because this ad is absolutely unhinged in the best way possible. 🤣🔥
At this point, I don’t even care if people love him or hate him… everybody is watching, sharing, laughing, and talking about it. That’s how you WIN the internet.
Most political ads are boring scripted disasters.
This one? Pure chaos. Pure entertainment. Pure viral genius. 😂🇺🇸
Spencer Pratt drops just a few hundred bucks (~$50–$300) on these killer AI videos and racks up MILLIONS of views - while his opponents blow millions on traditional ads.
This one is straight fire.
If he wins the LA mayoral seat, he’ll have used AI for GOOD.
Game changer.
