Most of the reports that compare price for solar and wind have been done with very little "scepticism" of solar and wind, which is why they generate so little of our consumption this far in, and prices are only rising.

@evcricket @BenPhillips_ANU I didn't say it's cheaper. I said it's much cheaper than it seems once you actually tally the costs of total system overhaul.

It may be "more expensive", but it has other strengths not adequately priced in, such as much much much much lower land use, less use of resources, etc
