@purplepingers Illegal unless they documented it correctly. garage = Class 10 building in Building Code of Australia. They are not to used for habitation. Dwellings are class 1 (house) or 2 (appartments). Class 10 does not have adequate ventilation, fire safety, structure for safe occupation.
