Got out and about today with #CottonInfo and @ERS_UNE Brendan Griffiths. Talking #soilhealth, porosity and compaction with the growers on the Downs. Great to see CTF, stubble retention and rotation being put to great effect on a well run farm.
A couple our local koala population having a Barney over territory last night. Who would have thought koalas could thrive on a #cotton farm? It all comes down to #riparian management! We take it seriously.
To get a first hand look at the cotton industry from those who live it, follow @aussiecotton .
If you work in the industry in any way, why not volunteer to host for a week & show the world what you do.
