@elonmusk@GiveDirectly This really is just to "save face". Now
that people are finally waking up and realizing you're a selfish billionaire, you HAD to do something to get the people back on your side. After all you are the master of crypto manipulation.
@nique7_nique@Makeitcheesy@PALaborIndustry Hey did you check your claim. My issues disappeared miraculously. But the last week says disqualified. I think this is due to the fact my balance has not yet been updated. But it's looking like potentionally my payments could start processing this week
@nique7_nique I agree. I have been in the same boat as you since Decemeber 14th. Audited. So many Pennsylvanian's are not receiving the benefits they are owed. There is no system in place for clearing up issues. No forward guidance. 4 months is an unimaginable amount of time to go without $.
@Christi08128392@PALaborIndustry@Stargazer51289 I had to do a bunch of digging to find it. But the website will update its schedule when there is another hearing. She didn't have much to say other than she believes almost 40% of PUA claimants are not eligible or fraudulent and also up to 2 months for a resolution on issues.
@Christi08128392@PALaborIndustry The reason we are being audited is because of all the "fraud" that is going on with out of state and even out of country claims according to Jennifer Berrier of Department of Industry and Labor. They are clearing a backlog of 6k-7k claims per week but it could still be months
@PATreasurer@KDKA Now talk about how Pennsylvania is failing to pay VALID claims for UC and PUA. Your treasury is hemmoraging thousands of dollars every single day to pay "employees" of Pennsylvania's Department of Labor and Industry that are unable to assist people in having our claims dislodged.
