President Tinubu today has done more than any leader for northern Nigeria. He will get more votes in 2027 than he got in 2023.
- Governor Uba Sani
“President Tinubu today has done more than any leader for northern Nigeria. I can tell you categorically that no president has done as much for the North in terms of development as President Tinubu has done in the last three years, and I’m speaking based on data and statistics.
“A lot of people have come here and told you that the North will not vote for Asiwaju. That is a figment of their imagination. I can tell you categorically, as the governor of Kaduna State, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu will get more votes in 2027 than he got in 2023.”
- Kaduna state Governor Senator Uba Sani
Tinubu could have done nothing.
That was the easiest choice.
Keep the subsidy. Let the naira stay artificially fixed. Smile for cameras.
Do four years. Collect your legacy. Go home.
Nigerians would have loved him for it.
No protest. No remove Tinubu.
Just peace.
But your fuel would still be smuggled to Niger. Your dollar would still be 1,500 on the street while government cronies buy it at 400. Your children would still inherit a country running on borrowed time and borrowed money.
You would be happy.
And your children would suffer for your happiness.
That is exactly what every president before him chose. And you called them good men.
Imagine you have a doctor.
Previous doctors kept giving you painkillers. You felt fine. You liked those doctors.
This new doctor looks at your scan and says your organs are failing. We need surgery. It will hurt. You will hate me for it. But if we don't do this now, you will die in five years.
You're currently outside the hospital with a microphone calling the surgeon a criminal.
The painkillers felt better.
But the painkillers were killing you.

BREAKING: President Tinubu has approved the comprehensive reform of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), which will see the agency being led by a civilian in its operational leadership, while the military will continue to handle security for corps members across the country.
Tinubu also directed the Attorney-General of the Federation, Lateef Fagbemi, and the Minister of Youth, Ayodele Olawande, to amend the NYSC Act and its regulations to reflect all the approved reform measures, enabling immediate implementation of the new framework.
Some of the landmark reforms include:
1. A technology-driven call-up process.
2. Risk-sensitive deployment to better protect corps members.
3. A redesigned six-week orientation programme with a stronger focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and specialised career streams.
4. Skills-based primary assignments aligned with academic background and career pathways.
5. Modern governance with civilian operational leadership while the military continues to provide security support.
6. Improved camp standards through a national grading and certification system.
7. A new graduation ceremony to replace the Passing Out Parade, and a redesigned NYSC uniform that reflects professionalism and national pride.
I don't know what to call this if it's not mischievousness. I am sure Mr. Obi knows that this same road is currently under reconstruction, but his daily need to romance his gullible audience pushed him to this wall of deceit.
Facts About the Reconstruction of the Asaba–Benin Highway:
>>Timeline: The reconstruction of the 125km Asaba–Benin highway was flagged off in March 2025, with an expected completion date of September 2027.
>>Funding: It is fully funded under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
>>Scope: It features a 10-lane carriageway (five lanes on each side) spanning from King Square to the Benin bypass to ensure smooth traffic flow.
Additionally, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration is currently executing the reconstruction of over 70 federal highways and strategic road projects simultaneously. These developments cover all 36 states, including major legacy highway corridors, regional superhighways, and targeted bridge reconstructions.
Some of the key linking roads currently undergoing reconstruction include:
- Abuja–Kaduna–Zaria–Kano Dual Carriageway (350km).
- Kano–Kongolam Road (132km).
- Ibadan–Ife–Ilesa Road (103km).
- Sokoto–Gusau–Funtau–Zaria Road (275km).
- Enugu–Port Harcourt Expressway (56km).
- Benin–Asaba Superhighway (125km).
- Keffi–Nasarawa–Toto–Abaji Road Phase II (129.3km).
- Enugu–Onitsha Expressway (72km).
- Calabar-Ebonyi-Benue Trans-Saharan Superhighway: (Section 1 - 123km)
This is an eyewitness account of the state of the Benin–Asaba road project around March this year. I believe honesty is simply not in Mr. Obi's dictionary.
Watch how operatives of the Force Intelligence Department (FID) Special Tactical Squad uncovered an alleged child trafficking syndicate operating under the guise of a hospital, leading to the arrest of key suspects and the commencement of efforts to recover trafficked children and reunite them with their biological families.
"Come and declare your identity, because I know that Mr. Peter Obi was detained in London for impersonation. As a man, you cannot have two different names in your passport. I have directed my lawyer to petition the police regarding these discrepancies, as we want to know whether he actually committed perjury." — Labour Party Chieftain Arabambi

Nigeria has just completed section 1 of the Lagos-Calabar coastal highway. One of the most challenging section of the entire project.
This $13 billion 700km road project is now a reality.
These are the exact kind of people the First Lady was referring to… stop making it all about your lazy self and allow the right people to be well informed. Even you that is shouting, if your mama sees this opportunity, she will jump on it ASAP.
“A man who cannot fix ordinary political party cannot fix Nigeria. A man who carries his wealth to Tax Haven instead of putting it in Nigeria is not patriotic enough to lead Nigeria. A man whose only business is supermarket, import finished goods and sell here cannot solve our unemployment problem…..”
