@929TheGame I saw a breakdown of Tua’s potential value to the Falcons. It’s not just quick timing, it’s middle field accuracy. Tua was Top 4 middle of the field passer in the NFL over the last 4 yrs. Penix was 32nd last year. Big for Pitts, London, Branch, even Bijan usage.

I can definitely understand the anger at being jerked around, feeling betrayed, etc being #1

@Cougfan2383 @jsrwatches @PeteThamel I wouldn’t care whether he leaves or stays. I care about the fact he contractually committed to do certain things for that money. If he feels his best interest is elsewhere, I love that he can leave & best wishes. But you can’t have it both ways. Money stays if you go.

Sure the knee jerk leave every year or whenever it doesn’t suit you is annoying. But I think what most people want and will be angry or happy about is contract enforcement.

His benefit =money & capitalizing on Washington’s profile, support, facilities, etc while Washington gets a good player & representative.

@929TheGame Andy, I agree with you about watching games during a wedding ceremony! You can attend and miss 30-45 mins of the game. Though I consider the reception fair game as long as you keep the sound off and don’t make it super blatant and disrespectful.

@mimidancer Absolutely. That annoys me to no end. Same with a fake dip out of bounds, only to not go out. Though, that one may be harder to judge. But I hate the fakes for those things that are quick triggers against the defense with massive implications.

@mimidancer Absolutely agree with that take! I think it’d be his best route back. And a team like the Bengals would be perfect given the horrific defense mixed with incredible offense. All you need is a little improvement to make a massive difference and get noticed/remind people again.
