I wrote this one the other night. It is a noisy drone experiment. I used Maths as a voice with Capt’n Big O and the MicroFreak. The bells are from the 707 into Clouds. There are also some strings on the MicroFreak, layered with a messy patch I made on the D-50. Also the Digitakt II and the TD3

My voice was sampled into grains (the start point is on a smooth random S&H), then into Clouds, which makes up the rest. I also used the Bat Verb, Plateau reverb, an ancient Echoplex, and the 121 Dual VCF, The Echo, Dimension D chorus, Jun-6 Chorus, pulveriser, along with the Schlappi 100 Grit filter. Tracked live into reason( well as live as electronic music gets).

Like all of my music is is raw and imperfect, But damn it, Jim. I am a doctor not a professional producer. Still this is the fruit of a very fun night.

I thought I was home alone, so naturally I was putting on a concert for the cats. Just as I finished belting out a very slowed-down acoustic version of Just Dance by Lady Gaga on the piano, I heard slow-clap applause coming from Kyle and Jon. So, I'll be in my room until I finish dying of embarrassment.

Fun Fact: Roger Elvick the Guy who started the modern Sovereign Citizen movement went to prison for 5 years and was fined $100,000. It so funny to see people who believe use the arguments that landed him in prison. Watching more court videos right now. I can't stop laughing.

If you look at his feed, it's clear that he's focused on politics, not entertainment. He even has a post complaining that Atsu from Ghost of Yōtei isn't feminine enough.

He also didn't take the time to recognize that Jon Favreau, one of the biggest Star Wars fans ever to work on the franchise, used a tremendous number of practical effects to honor the series' history and support artists in filmmaking. He incorporated models, stop-motion animation, puppets, and actual matte paintings. He could have relied heavily on CGI and likely saved money, but instead he chose to prioritize artistry.

The story was fun and stayed true to the spirit of the property. It expanded the legend of a classic gangster through the story of his son and his struggle to become better than what he was born into.

When the film transitions to reveal the former Rebel Alliance, Favreau has the X-wings fly in front of the sun as an homage to Apocalypse Now. This scene demonstrates that he is a true cinephile, but the reference goes even deeper. George Lucas was deeply influenced by his disillusionment with the Vietnam War, which helped shape his depiction of the Empire. By invoking Apocalypse Now, the film suggests that even well-intentioned groups like the Rebels can fall into the same patterns as the people they once fought against. It was beautifully executed.

So please ignore this man's highly partisan perspective. He probably didn't even see the film.
