#26 in run blocking

their line is #27 most expensive this year

it's not because they have a lot of young starters

they've invested the #3 least draft capital into the OL since 2022

now, they lost their best lineman, Terron Armstead

he graded #4 best OT last year & ranked #8 in pressure rate allowed

T Patrick Paul is penciled in to start (#68 in pressure & #82 of 85 OTs in overall grade last year)

their other T Austin Jackson ranked #80 of 85 OTs last year

on paper the line is worse than last year and that's saying something

last year the line ranked #32 in RB stuff rate

and #31 in short yardage conversion rate

they did not get push up front in the ground game, ranking #26 in yards before contact per rush

making matters worse, they ranked #1 in offensive holding penalties (most in the NFL since 2019)
