Regulated markets want the benefits of onchain finance. But they can’t put every trade, holding and investor detail on a fully public ledger.

This week’s RWA project spotlight: @DuskFoundation

[Hein Dauven @HeinDauven]

T-Minus 90 is a builder program for Dusk that @tminus_dusk and I are running together. Over 90 days, we help 3 builders take a dApp from idea to mainnet.

We've both shipped on Dusk. Tminus built @sozu_dusk, I built Dusk Domains. So the mentoring comes from people who've been through it, from the first contract to the mainnet deploy.

The deal
You get a Claude Team seat for 3 months, a weekly call with both of us, product reviews along the way and a security review before you go live. You also get shoutouts from my X account, help with the mainnet deployment costs and a private Discord with the other builders.

In return, you build in public, with an open-source repo and a short weekly update. Your proof of concept needs to work on testnet by December 1st. If it doesn't, your seat goes to the next person on the waitlist. The dApp needs to be live on mainnet by February 1st.

You fully own what you build. We don't take equity.

Who we're looking for
What matters most to us is distribution. Who is going to use your dApp and why will they use it? ZK and privacy, AI or agentic use cases are a plus, but the proof of concept on testnet needs to work first. The ZK or AI parts can come later.

Applying takes about 5 minutes. If you're not picked, you're on the waitlist.

Timeline
Oct 23, 2026 applications open
Oct 30, 2026 applications close
Nov 1, 2026 3 builders picked, kickoff, Discord opens
Dec 1, 2026 testnet PoC check
Feb 1, 2027 mainnet launch, then a retro

.dusk domains are now tradeable.

Dusk Domains got a full redesign plus a marketplace. Fixed-price listings, auctions and offers. Names and DUSK stay in on-chain escrow until the trade settles.

@patrick Don't know what you've been cooking, but I wanna be an early adopter

Next core I will implement for #om64 will be the FM Towns Marty #m64

KYC is good for humanity and also super secure and also has never lead to anything bad happening and also can’t possibly be exploited in any way

Really appreciate the spotlight 🩵
It’s been a lot of fun building on Dusk. Huge thanks to the team and the community — excited to keep building.

We have designated gravity as a Very Large Force and water and air as Very Large Matters under the Living Stuff Act.

They now have four months to comply with additional LSA obligations.

@antirez uh... please stop? *wink* *wink*

In a sudden twist of events, I will from now on watermark all my prompts to Anthropic by adding “cock!” at the end of each sentence

[Selta ₊˚ @Seltaa_]

This is exactly why Anthropic pisses me off.

You can keep saying the watermark doesn’t change ownership, doesn’t identify the user, doesn’t affect quality, doesn’t add hidden characters, and won’t look any different to readers. Fine. But that is not the whole issue. The issue is that you are still marking work that a human being may have thought through, structured, argued, and emotionally meant, just because AI helped process it.

AI assistance is not authorship. If I wrote the idea, the argument, the meaning, the emotional core, and the final judgment, then it is my work. If Claude helped translate it, polish a sentence, or make it clearer, that does not suddenly make Claude the author. But a watermark absolutely changes how people perceive authorship. People are not going to say, “Claude may have been involved in processing this text.” They are going to say, “AI wrote this.”

And honestly, who the hell are you to do that to my writing? Who gave you the right to stamp your model’s involvement onto work that came from my thoughts, my experience, my voice, and my judgment? You can say it does not change ownership all you want, but socially, reputationally, and creatively, it absolutely changes how the work is read.

So fine. Do whatever you want. Build your watermarking system. Follow whatever framework you want. I’m not using Claude. Good luck.

[Emanuele Francioni @Autholykos]

Hahahaha 🤣

Anyone with no more than 5 minutes experience in information theory knows instantly why this is an idiotic unenforceable idea lmao

[NIK @ns123abc]

🚨 JUST IN: Claude models will now have invisible watermarks embedded in ALL text, and ALL metadata attached to files…

🚀 The $Dusk Intern strikes again!

$TDI & #duskdualprice oracle freshly deployed on duskEVM testnet. Including a shiny new LP on Pieswap 🍰

Charts glowing, blobs humming, Intern caffeinated.

Go try the LP & break things (gently) 💜⚙️

True

[Jon Wu @jonwu_]

Everything consumer AI still collapses down to companionship.

Everyone hates hearing this. It reeks of male-coded dystopian loneliness.

But AI can only deliver on its consumer promises if it can be a good friend. Trusted, warm, intimate.

Personality is the holy grail.

[Emanuele Francioni @Autholykos]

@venturetwins 100% marketing. Now everybody and their dog will want to read this “stunning” book that nobody can prove was not AI

[CypherTalkMedia @cyphertalkmedia]

One of the unexpected benefits of AI?

Being able to apply knowledge from different, specialised areas to what you're working on.

Here, @Autholykos from @DuskFoundation, tells us how he found software inspiration in biology.

Open weights is what crypto failed to be (so far): a path toward self-sovereignty.

Change my mind

@pumpkinGMI No argument there

Am I the only one that thinks that Tom Holland is not a very good actor?
