@chiguypotts @flightradar24 They have enough fuel. Theyre legally obliged to take off with reserves. A missed approach at destination, holding, another approach, diversion to alternate, and then reserves on top of thatm airlines cant accurately predict weather at destinations.

@OnDisasters Dont think anyone realises FOs are trained the same as the captain. Captains just get extra training to be in command. They train regularly in the event of pilot incapacitation in the sim.
