@Spoonydoc @AdClarko@neilmcrowther Our carers in the residential home I lived in stood in fields with one of my housemates to watch combine harvesters. It's only since I've moved into supported living that I've seen staff refusing to do these things.
@EE @OnthebeatPete1 That's a lie. You do not protect vulnerable customers. Your company is refusing to help me, a customer on benefits and with learning difficulties after being pressured to upgrade by repeated email and phone calls. I did not understand that it would go up this high!
