A ServiceNow ticket comes in. Then the work behind every resolved ticket starts: investigate, plan the fix, approval, make the change, documentation. It adds up.
@John_Capobianco + @AutomateIP show how FlowAgents automate that end-to-end in a new demo.👇

Turn your Git automations into governed services for workflows + AI agents.
@AutomateIP shows how in Itential Gateway: repo setup, running a Python script in a workflow, + a FlowAgent calls the service as a tool.

AI can spot the issue. FlowAgents close the remediation loop.
Oct. 14 at 12PM ET, join @John_Capobianco + @AutomateIP for a live demo: ServiceNow ticket opens → agent investigation → human review → agent remediation → full audit report.

A CVE alert tells you there’s a problem, not where you’re actually exposed.
@John_Capobianco + @AutomateIP show how FlowAgents assess a CVE against inventory, return device-level impact, and keep every step traceable with an audit trail.

12 hours a week on vulnerability reporting. Or 3 minutes to assess the entire environment.
@AutomateIP + @John_Capobianco demonstrated that difference with FlowAI.
No manual triage. The agents go from alert to an auditable path in minutes.

F5 VIP requests never quite look the same. Scripts break on edge cases.
In this demo, @AutomateIP and @John_Capobianco put a FlowAgent to work on it: ticket to governed action in 6 minutes, automated DNS, human approval where it matters.

One CVE ID in. Full analysis out.
FlowAgent calls NVD, reasons through affected versions, fetches verification commands, builds the regex.
Under 2 minutes. Under 3K tokens.

On Aug 19, join @AutomateIP and Karan Munalingal for a live demo of FlowAgents reasoning over your existing automation + executing infrastructure work through it.
You're not rebuilding your automation. You're giving it a reasoning layer.

Most MCP servers fall into two traps: raw API passthrough that floods context with bloated JSON, OR semantic search that burns tokens returning API docs.
If an MCP server isn't actively filtering and reshaping backend payloads for the agent, it’s just an expensive proxy.
I agree with a lot of this.
Of course people are skeptical since it comes from a private company that doesn't release open weight models but that doesn't mean he's wrong:.

I'm back and working on 3-4 sessions at a time. I struggle with context switching so I had stopped it.
We'll see how it goes today. @herdrdev is helping quite a bit I'd say.
Been testing Docker’s MCP Gateway for running Model Context Protocol servers in the lab. Centralized setup, token auth, and containers run on demand instead of dealing with scattered STDIO instances. Worth playing with if you’re scaling this out.
