🚨💣 BREAKING: Tottenham reach verbal agreement with Man City to sign Omar Marmoush, here we go!
Verbal agreement done on initial loan with buy clause to become mandatory under certain conditions at £50m.
Marmoush said yes to #THFC days ago, travel and medical on Monday. ⚪️🇪🇬
Not even in my wildest imagination could I have configured up a better example of how Spurs have been reffed this season than this being a free kick for the opposite team.
Romero LITERALLY got a red card for doing this exact thing😭
It’s funny that De Zerbi has managed spurs for 5 games and had 2 Yellows for over stepping outside the box but Arteta has been doing it for a few seasons and gets nothing.
@FA_PGMOL could you please explain that?
Disagree here. The biggest issue wasn't replacing Thomas Frank with Igor Tudor. It was replacing Ange Postecoglou with Thomas Frank. Had Spurs gone straight for another front foot manager with a strength in leadership then Spurs wouldn't be in trouble.
Firmly believe this is the only way, Tudor out today, and get Ange back working with the players not going on international break, he is the only one they will respect enough! But like I said yesterday, the owners and the board won’t own their mistake and make it happen!
LISTEN TO ME, @SPURSOFFICIAL.
TO SAVE THE SEASON, YOU NEED TO APPOINT ANGELOS POSTECOGLOU.
HE IS THE ONLY MANAGER THE PLAYERS RESPECT, AND YOU KNOW THEY WILL ALL GO THROUGH BRICK WALLS FOR HIM.
YOU DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO MESS AROUND. YOU NEED TO ACT NOW.
#AngeBack.
Why you would change a structure that was working so well in the first half leaves me speechless… yes we conceded but the structure was not the problem, the subs and change in structure at half time just shows he should not be managing us!
Firmly believe Ange is the only one who can get anything out of these players in the last few games and ownership won’t own their mistake and make the effort to bring him back! Easiest just to accept we’re going down, players don’t care, manager is useless, ownership don’t care!
🚨🎙️ Gareth Bale believes it’s to do with money that #thfc are struggling. 💰
“I would say money. They don’t pay as much as United etc… look at the wage bill, it’s lower and I think there’s a reason for that, you can attract good players and I always say now, you buy a £50m player now, it’s not what it used to be, to be spending £80m, £90m, £100m now just to get a good player so maybe it just is the money and the wages, you’re not attracting that bigger player who can do a job here and now and there’s also, they always seem to buy young and hope they can grow into something big, which has worked in the past for example with me and a few other players but they’re an established club now, they have the stadium, they have the training ground and they have the fanbase, it’s like now they need to be buying bigger players and maybe paying a bit more.
“There’s that bit of a gamble that you need to take that from a business point of view they’re not willing to do, I obviously don’t know how they’re doing financially but it seems to be that for me, the biggest issue, that they don’t sign the proven player.”
🎙️| Ange Postecoglou on Cuti Romero:
“I love him. He plays on the edge, he’d scare people in training, and I love the way he talks. Would you rather have Roy [Keane] in your team or against you?
We would never have run that far without Romero. Kick-off was about to happen and he was taking our team into Manchester Unted’s half for the huddle, because our supporters were down that end.
He’s not scared of anything. He’s a winner. I love winners.”

@SpursOfficial fans, “We need to score more goals”.
Well I have a solution for that.
Also in my opinion, we probably going to have to bench Danso for his lack of goals at this point, unacceptable from him!
