@Y192814512@CORN_5555 @captainballer04 With all the inflation and cost of living in the US going to shit under Trump you might as well be thankful to the EU for extending your smartphone's relevancy. At least someone is doing something for you
@pandemonium313 With the bond market in japan making new highs THEY WILL SURELY buy more US debt and not be inclined to sell the existing one. As for the other 3 good luck with the liquidity
@pandemonium313 Russia is a joke atm they are stuck in country gaining 1kmsq/60 casualties with full wartime economy. China has no interest in attacking EU cuz they need it to counter the US
@pandemonium313@TMTLongShort So gulf states are fucked by Trump, asians who exactly (except indians and china) and yes EU is predictable. Why exactly does the EU need those they sound good on paper but that is about it unless there is a war with the US?
@pandemonium313@TMTLongShort And the EU and co hold the US debt that prop the dollar. If the US wants a race to the bottom it takes 2 to play the game and china wins congrats. Also why eactly is US critical for nato ? sure leaving will diminish the capabilities but nobody in the eu is looking for new wars
@TMTLongShort@tankishto beside cheese the second best thing french are good at is protests and ofc they would protest a law that makes them work more everybody would
@tankishto@TMTLongShort all the socials programs are easy cuts. i don't know in which eu state you live but the rethoric changed, military spending over the last years is way up things are changing fast by EU standards.
@TMTLongShort There are at least 81 elections in the EU for president parliment and EU commision between the states. Random outlier outcomes are much less likely than in US where you have 2 to 4 or something
@TMTLongShort TBH Maga did more for EU unity in the last 2 years that happend during the last 20. Eu by default is much more stronger politically than the US since it is so politically grid locked. Fracture in the EU is something that is almost imposible
@tankishto@TMTLongShort Economic pain to the EU also means economic pain to the US. Between the two EU can cut costs much easier and the ppl are protected by the state unlike the US. Also debt is lower
@TMTLongShort So does the EU. In a 3 player game you are losing by default when you push one away, unless you go for a China relationship which would be quite a hard sell
