With great excitement and pride, we are thrilled to announce the next Head Football Coach of the Pulaski County Maroons — JOSH ROBERTS!
Coach Roberts has dedicated more than 20 years to the Maroons Football Program at both the middle school and high school levels, pouring his passion, leadership, and commitment into generations of student-athletes.
There is no doubt that Coach Roberts is Maroon through and through. His dedication to our players, our community, and the tradition of Pulaski County Football makes him the right leader to continue building and strengthening a program that proudly competes at the highest level of 5A football.
Please join us in welcoming Coach Roberts into this role as we look forward to an exciting future for Maroon Football.

@L_taylor57@KySportsRadio Well said. My sentiments all season, unfortunately. Haven't been able to find any joy from this group. At least last year's team would fight. I don't know... not looking any better for the future.
@KySportsRadio Can you please not be a Pope apologist on the post game?
This season has been a failure on every level. I don't want to hear the injuries argument. All teams deal with them.
The cupboard is bare.
Running it back with more than Moreno is going to be a nightmare scenario.
@KYCooperrider Paying taxes doesn’t buy special treatment. We all fund things we don’t directly use—schools, roads, Medicare, fire departments, libraries. That’s how a society works. Taxes ≠ entitlement to competitive advantages in athletics.
Victory is written in MAROON.
This team earned every inch—built on grit, legacy, and love for each other.
One game left.
One moment to make history.

@UKCoachStoops You achieved things no other coach has in Lexington. For that, thank you, coach! (FWIW - I was always team Stoops on the whole Calipari thing)
