@Spikemecha @necros_ow Addressing his neutral state is a very big + for Genji yes, but at the cost of the only thing he currently has going for his individual value is risky.

Problem is, the Devs clearly lack understanding that Genji is played so much because he's fun, not bc he's the best to play.
