Never! What a dumb idea. My grandfather gave away two homes to black families before he died. He did so because he wanted to, not because he owed them anything. Prior to that he employed the Mom at each of those homes at the agreed wage. They were excellent cooks as I recall! I worked for my grandfather as well.
