She was treated and was prescribed reasonable meds for her symptoms/presentation. People can’t cherry pick their treatment then get mad at the doctor when it doesn’t work.

Asking her how she would be in heaven with her kids if murder was a mortal sin would be a normal assessment to see if she had religious delusions.
