Delhi Court CLARIFIES that only testimony of complainant in rape cases to be relied for conviction is a rule of law for courts and NOT POLICE. They have to INVESTIGATE the case bringing into consideration all factors including circumstantial evidence. HOPE POLICE FOLLOWS!!
