Today, I had a productive meeting with H.E. Ambassador Francesca Di Mauro and her delegation. We reaffirmed our shared commitment to deeper cooperation, stronger partnership, and advancing peace, stability, and sustainable development for the people of Republic of Somaliland.

I had a fruitful meeting today with the UK Ambassador H.E Charles King. We reflected on the deep historical ties between the Republic of Somaliland and the United Kingdom, discussed our shared commitment to peace, mutual security, democratic governance, and long-term strategic cooperation.

I expressed our appreciation for the UK’s continued partnership in strengthening stability and advancing sustainable development in our country.

The Republic of Somaliland deeply values this enduring relationship and looks forward to elevating our cooperation to new dimensions.

Today, I have received AFRICOM @USAfricaCommand Commander Gen. Dagvin Anderson and U.S. Deputy Ambassador Justin Davis and large US delegation in Hargeisa. Our discussions focused on strengthening security cooperation, protecting Red Sea maritime routes, and enhancing counterterrorism efforts in the region.

I highlighted Somaliland’s stability, democratic governance , strategic location and affirmed Somaliland’s readiness to deepen collaboration in security, economic development and investment.

I held a constructive and strategic meeting with Denish Ambassador, H.E. Steen Sonne Andersen. I conveyed my deep appreciation for Denmark’s steadfast partnership with Somaliland in development, governance and democracy strengthening.

Our discussion focused on expanding cooperation in security, economic development, social services, and peacebuilding. I welcomed Denmark’s recognition of Somaliland’s continued progress, particularly in advancing stability and development in the eastern regions.
