But the major issue is: WHO CONFIRMED THE LADY DEAD?

A sincere host of such disaster ought to have taken the "suspected" dead lady to the national hospital for the doctors to have a look and confirm the lady dead. Every investigation as to what might have happened would start from there.

In addition, as a mysterious death under active investigation, the relatives cannot refuse autopsy. Such a case is a State case, a prima facie homicide or suicide. Nobody can bring the lame excuse that the relatives refused autopsy.
